Party Gras has arrived! Students will be able to experience a Mardi Gras-style event with a New Orleans jazz-style band and traditional food and drink. Different stations will speak of the traditions, history, and importance of Mardi Gras to Louisiana culture. Event Description: Party Gras is a Mardi Gras-inspired event. Party Gras will allow students to experience a Mardi Gras-style event. This event will have a New Orleans jazz-style band performing music. We will have traditional New Orleans food and drinks. All around the event will be different stations to help explain the traditions and history of Mardi Gras and why it is so vital in the Culture of New Orleans.
